PREMIUM LEARNING

How this maps to the programme

Expert Support Theme

Participants benefit from tailored one-to-one support, allowing for in-depth audits of governance, finance, and strategy. Volunteer training is integrated throughout the programme to build capacity and enhance long-term sustainability in community groups.

Better Business, Stronger Communities

Training in impact measurement helps participants better understand and communicate the difference their work makes. Themes around community wealth building promote strategies that centre local ownership, investment, and long-term economic resilience.

Hybrid Learning Across the East Midlands

The programme is specifically designed to support racially and ethnically minoritised VCSE groups across the East Midlands. Delivery is hybrid, combining face-to-face workshops at Leicester venues with online learning for flexibility and access.

About

We are a free support programme designed to help community organisations led by racially and ethnically minoritised groups in the East Midlands thrive, not just survive.
